Can Music Improve My Labor Experience? (Bonus Birth Playlist)

Baby is coming, and there's no turning back now! If you're looking for a quick and easy step to take that can help get you through labor, consider turning on some tunes. A variety of studies have linked music during labor to lower pain intensity and decreased anxiety (Hollins Martin et al., 2014; Lin et al., 2019).
